Broccoli & Beef

I love me some good takeout, but I also love re-creating some of my favorite dishes at home with a healthy twist! I have to say, this Broccoli & Beef is one that’s always in my rotation. I’ll usually have this on hand for my meal prep throughout the week, and I have truly never gotten sick of it.

A short list of ingredients and just about 30 minutes stand in between you and this stellar meal. I guarantee that you will be head over heels for this one, and anyone you make it for will be head over heels for you.

Broccoli & Beef:

-1 pound lean ground beef (you could also use ground chicken or turkey)

-1/4 cup coconut aminos

-2 tbsp honey

-2 tsp minced garlic

-1 tsp sriracha

  1. Mix coconut aminos + honey + minced garlic + sriracha in a bowl to make your sauce

  2. Add your ground beef to a pan over medium heat and cook until browned

  3. Once cooked through, add in your sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 more minutes

  4. Serve with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli, and enjoy!

Note:

For the jasmine rice and broccoli, I love to go the frozen route! Makes cooking so much easier when you have those on hand to just pop in the microwave.
