Salted Pretzel Chocolate Chip Blondies

Salted Pretzel Chocolate Chip Blondies: (Serves 9)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup creamy tahini (could use any nut or seed butter you like)

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup pretzel thins, crushed

  • Flaky sea salt to top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare an 8x8 baking dish or pan with parchment paper

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients, besides the chocolate chips and pretzels

  3. Once fully combined, fold in your chocolate chips and pretzels

  4. Pour batter into prepared baking dish or pan and bake for 20-22 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting, and enjoy!
